Shipping, returns & help
Who ships my order?
Each item is shipped by the seller listed on it — either The Last Gift or an approved independent seller. If your cart has several sellers, you'll see separate tracking for each.
How do I track an order?
Open My dashboard → Orders. Tracking numbers appear there as soon as the seller adds them.
How do returns and refunds work?
From your order history, choose “Request a return/refund” on the seller's portion of your order. The seller and our team review every request.
Is payment live?
Not yet. Checkout is in test mode while secure payments are being set up, so no card is charged.
How are reviews verified?
Only customers who purchased an item can review it, and every review shows a Verified purchase badge. We never create or edit reviews.
